Are you participating in Dry January? Here is a creative way to opt out of alcohol for the month. It's called Mix, Mingles, & Mocktails. This is a hands-on Dry January mocktail class that will take place on Tuesday, January 27, at 5:30 PM presented by the University of Arkansas Hope - Texarkana.
The event will take place at Hempstead Hall on the University of Arkansas Hope campus and offers a fun, interactive evening learning to elevate your non-alcoholic drinks.
Crafting Zero-Proof Favorites in Class at UAHT
Designed for those participating in Dry January, or just wanting tasty alcohol-free options, the class will guide you through the art of creating zero-proof mocktails. You'll learn how to craft balanced, flavorful beverages using fresh herbs, citrus, infused syrups, and pretty garnishes that feel just as special as traditional cocktails.

Learn, Sip, and Socialize
The evening is instructional but with a relaxed and social atmosphere. Students will mix and sample a variety of mocktails while picking up techniques perfect for entertaining at home. Everyone will also receive a personal bar kit and recipes to recreate their favorite drinks.
