Mobile Pack 6 Is Aug 18 & 19, Volunteers Needed To Feed Hungry Kids

Texarkana it's time once again to gather up our forces and work toward an amazing goal, the goal of feeding hungry children. It's time to do another Mobile Pack here in Texarkana, and we're looking for volunteers right now to commit to 2 hours of work on a Friday or Saturday, August 18 or 19. Just a little bit of work on your part can help put together over 100,000 meals for hungry kids. Yes, it's worth it.

Two or three times per year, Toney Livingston and the Tacos 4 Life crew here in Texarkana fulfill the Tacos 4 Life mission statement, put their money where their mouth is, and jump in head-first to feed starving kids worldwide. I am so proud to have been a small part of it in the past and to do whatever I can to help anytime I can. This is your chance to jump in and be a positive force in such a negative world, and feed hungry kids.

At the last Mobile Pack back in April of 2023, hundreds of volunteers donated at least a couple of hours to do something here locally that affected kids around the world. If you or your group can do it again, please do, if you have never done it before, now is your chance.

When I say group, here's what I mean, your family, a group of friends, a large or small church or civic group, a scout troop, workmates, it doesn't matter. Whatever kind of group you have, your efforts will be greatly appreciated by Toney and his staff, and certainly by the recipients of the Mannapacks. Don't have a group? No problem, just sign up and show up, they will find you some work to do, and you will feel like a million bucks when you're done, I promise.

For Tacos 4 Life franchisees, their mission, besides selling great food, is to make a positive difference in our world by making sure that a portion of everything you buy in their stores goes toward feeding hungry kids. To do that, Tacos 4 Life restaurants host these Mobile-Pack events all the time. Toney, his family, and employees get to make a difference not only in their community but also helping children in over 90 countries all over the world through Feed My Starving Children, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This event will take place at Liberty Elau High School on August 18 & 19, There are a number of 2-hour shifts available to volunteer for. You can sign up for MobilePack #6 right now, it only takes a couple of minutes, click here, and get it done.

Once again we need to put together over 100,000 meals in just two days, don't let the numbers scare you, it is absolutely doable. Believe it or not, you will have a great time doing it and the two hours will fly by.
