Moonlight and Movies at Ace of Clubs House This Summer
It's another summer of fun as the Texarkana Museums System proudly presents "Moonlight & Movies on the historic Ace of Clubs lawn each Friday, at 8PM. This week's featured movie is the classic, "The Wiz" starring Micheal Jackson and Diana Ross.
The movie is free to Texarkana Museum members and just $1 for the general public to attend, according to their Facebook page. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the movie under the large fans on the grounds. You can bring your own coolers, sodas, beer, wine, or snacks A concession stand will also be available. The movie will begin around dusk between 8:30-9PM.
The Ace of Clubs House is the oldest standing house in Texarkana, Texas. This historic home best known as the Draughon-Moore "Ace of Clubs House" was built in 1885 and features unique architecture and a great collection of original family furnishings.
