Look – A New Diner Opens Today On Hwy 59 in East Texas
What would you say if I told you there was a new place to eat nearby? A new place to grab some breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it's open 7 days a week?
What if I told you this new place is in Atlanta, Texas?
If you live in East Texas, especially Atlanta or Queen City, this is great news. For me, since I live in Texarkana, it just means I won't be eating there as often, but I can't wait to give it a try. In fact, I'll be heading that way in a few weeks, and I'm thinking this will be perfect for a breakfast stop.
If there is one thing we love in Texarkana and the surrounding area, it's the chance to check out a new place to eat. I'm pretty sure that says something about us that we don't really want to know, but never mind that right now. We have a new place to talk about here.
East Texas, meet the Atlanta Cafe' Diner, serving up many old favorites, some with new twists. Since I grew up eating at diners all over Texas, they are already speaking my language:
- Two-egg breakfast with bacon and pancakes
- Omlettes
- Biscuits and Gravy
- Cheese Burgers
- Chicken Fried Steak
- Chicken Fried Chicken
- Chopped Steak with Grilled Onions
- 6 AM Burger (includes a sunny-side-up egg)
- Sandwiches
- Fries
They have a huge menu; see more at the link below.
More Healthy Options? You Bet!
They also have a wide variety of gourmet salads on the menu, or maybe a Veggie Italian Panini would work for you.
Where Are They?
