Police Explain Possible Source of Hughes Springs “Explosions” [VIDEO]

Yesterday, we told you about "explosions" being reported around Hughes Springs. Chief of Police Randy Kennedy says no damage was done and believes he now knows what caused them.

It appears some people were having target practice using "Tannerite" around the old ore mines. Tannerite is legal to buy, but makes a loud noise when detonated.
