Get ready for a fun time at Big Damn Water Park while helping raise money for the Salvation Army of Texarkana! It's the 'Quack at the Big Dam' Duck Race on Saturday, August 30.

This event will be full of fun for the entire family, plus you will have the chance to win cash prizes all while supporting a great organization right here in Texarkana.

Win Big for a Good Cause

The duck race will begin at 3 PM with hundreds of cute bright yellow rubber duckies hitting the water and racing for the top spot. First place wins $300, second place is $150 and third place is $50.

How to Get Your Ducks

Ducks are $5 each and you can purchase as many entrees as you want. Special packages are also available from a Quack Pack of 5 ducks for $20 to a Dozen Quackers for $50 or the Whole Flock of 24 ducks for $100. The more you have, the better chance you have to win.

Get Creative and Compete!

Get creative with the Best Dressed Duck Contest for $100 per duck. The Salvation Army will provide the duck and you provide the costume. Costumes can go from wild and wacky to sophisticated and everything in between.
