TexAmericas Center, located just off I-30 between Texarkana and New Boston, is one of the largest mixed-use industrial parks in the United States and home to the 3rd ranked industrial park in the nation has been named a top certified site program in the Southeast by Expansion Solutions Magazine.

TexAmericas, located just off I-30 between Texarkana and New Boston.

The recognition stems from TexAmericas Center’s Qualified Sites Program, which ensures properties are fully vetted and ready for industrial or commercial development. The program evaluates sites for critical factors such as infrastructure access, utility availability, and soil conditions, providing "shovel-ready" options for businesses aiming to expand quickly.

Other sites include the 250-acre Brazos Site and the DataHub Park Site, both tailored for industrial and technological growth.

“This honor reflects our commitment to offering fully prepared sites that streamline the development process,” said Eric Voyles, Executive Vice President and Chief Economic Development Officer. “With the necessary infrastructure and permits already in place, companies can reduce site selection and development timelines significantly.”

As the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) over its 12,000-acre property, TexAmericas Center simplifies permitting, eliminating many traditional hurdles. According to Voyles, this advantage can cut new construction project timelines by up to a year.

The acknowledgment underscores TexAmericas Center’s dedication to fostering business growth through speed-to-occupancy solutions and a competitive edge in the market.

Congratulations TexAmericas Center, the accolades keep piling up.
