Texarkana Winners in Best of Arkansas 2026 Awards

Several Texarkana organizations are celebrating after being recognized in AY Magazine’s Best of Arkansas 2026 Awards, bringing statewide attention to the businesses and organizations that help make our community a great place to live, work, and visit.

Among the local winners, The Eagle Bourbon and Wine Lounge received two major honors: they won Best Happy Hour in Arkansas and Best Texarkana Business. Since opening downtown, The Eagle has become a popular spot for both residents and visitors, helping strengthen Texarkana’s growing dining and entertainment scene.

The Texarkana Country Club was named Best Golf Course in Arkansas for its outstanding facilities, high-quality course, and commitment to providing an exceptional experience for members and guests.

The Texarkana USA Regional Chamber of Commerce also earned statewide recognition, taking home the award for Best Chamber of Commerce in Arkansas. The honor reflects the Chamber’s ongoing support of local businesses, encouraging economic development, and serving as a leader throughout the region.

Chloe Wardlaw, Director of Events and Communications for the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, said in a press release,

When local organizations are recognized on a statewide level, it shines a spotlight on everything that makes Texarkana special. These awards reflect the hard work, innovation, and commitment of the people behind these organizations, and they reinforce what we already know: Texarkana is home to some of the very best businesses and experiences in Arkansas.

The awards are determined through AY Magazine’s annual Best of Arkansas competition, which recognizes outstanding businesses, destinations, organizations, and professionals across the state.
