The month of December is finally here, and downtown Texarkana is about to get very Merry over the next few weeks.

There are several festive events you will not want to miss starting this weekend.

December 4 - 6 PM - 8 PM - Ace Shines Bright Opening Night

The historic Ace of Clubs House is being fully restored to its former glory. The quarter-of-a-million-dollar restoration project is halfway there, and it's time to show what's already been done and what's left to do. Guests can tour the first floor, specially decorated for the holiday season, and learn about the history of this iconic home in Texarkana. Holiday Tour Dates are weekends only, December 5 -21, 2025. TRAHC Holiday Arts Market, Regional Arts Center

• December -5 - 10 AM - 5 PM
• December 6 - 10 AM - 4 PM

The Regional Arts Center will come alive with the spirit of the holiday season with the Holiday Arts Market. Local and regional Artists will be offering original works for sale and one-of-a-kind, unique handmade gifts. Get more information here.

December 5 - 7 - The Nutcracker - Perot Theatre

The Community Ballet of Texarkana presents the holiday classic, The Nutcracker, at the historic downtown Perot Theatre at 7 PM. Get tickets here for this holiday tradition.

December 6 - 11 AM - 6 PM - Jingle and Mingle Market

Join the magic of the holiday season downtown on Front Street Plaza. This is a festive shopping experience where you can discover one-of-a-kind, handmade, and custom holiday treasures you won’t find anywhere else. Sunday, December 14 - 4 PM - Texarkana Symphony Orchestra

Monday, December 15 - 7 PM - Main Street Texarkana Christmas Parade

Originally scheduled for December 1, but rescheduled to December 15. Don't miss the 41st annual Main Street Downtown Texarkana Christmas Parade. This parade features numerous lighted floats, bands, and Santa Claus. Get more details and the parade route here.

Saturday, December 20 - 10 AM - 7 PM - Christmas on Main

Christmas on Main at the Perot Theatre features a day of festive holiday fun, vendors, food trucks, carriage rides, crafts, live music, an ice-skating rink, and Santa Claus.
