Best 4th of July Fireworks Near Texarkana: Your Guide is Here!

This year, the 4th of July falls on Friday, which means a 3-day holiday weekend for most hard-working Americans.

It's time for my annual guide to the best fireworks shows and celebrations in cities and towns in the Texarkana surrounding area.

July 1 - City of Prescott, AR - 4th of July Fireworks Show

The City of Prescott and the Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce are proud to host the 2025 4th of July Firework Show on Tuesday, July 1, at 7 PM at the Prescott High School football field. Join the celebration with music, food trucks, and fireworks at dark.

July 4 - Texarkana Harley-Davidson Freedom Bash Celebration

Fire up your Harley on the 4th and head to Texarkana Harley-Davidson for their Freedom Bash starting at 9:30 AM. This is an all-day event celebrating independence, freedom, and the open road. This all-American party features iced-cold refreshments, complimentary snacks, and the chance to win a 4th of July Freedom Party Pack packed with Harley-Davidson gear and patriotic party must-haves for HD riders.

July 4 - Annual 4th of July Celebration - Wake Village, TX

The City of Wake Village presents an unforgettable night with spectacular fireworks, food trucks, and family fun at King Park at 7 PM. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and help celebrate our nation's independence under the stars. Fireworks begin at dusk!

July 4 - Freedom Fest 2025 - New Boston, TX

The fun starts at 6 PM at T&P Trailhead Park, located near the Pavilion/Midway in downtown historic New Boston. Food trucks will be available, and the Boy Scouts will be selling burgers, followed by one of the best fireworks displays provided by Epperson Fireworks at dusk.

July 4 - Star-Spangled Celebration - Ashdown, AR

The City of Ashdown, Arkansas, and the Little River County Chamber of Commerce present a Star-Spangled Celebration starting at 6 PM at the Ashdown Junior High School. This 4th of July celebration features food, music, and an awesome fireworks show at dusk. Bring your family and a lawn chair and help celebrate America's Birthday!.

July 5 - 5th Annual Sparks Fly in July Fireworks Show - Hope, AR

Get ready for a  4th of July weekend celebration on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at the Hope Municipal Airport sponsored by the Hope Tourism Commission. This FREE all-American celebration begins at 5:30 PM. There will be family-friendly activities, bounce houses, food vendors, and live music leading up to the huge fireworks show after dark.

July 4 - Stand Up For America Independence Celebration - Nashville, AR

The Nashville, Arkansas Chamber of Commerce is proud to present a celebration of the red, white, and blue with one of the best Patriotic Fireworks Shows in Southwest Arkansas, at Nashville City Park starting at 5 PM. There will be fun and games,  face painting, food trucks, and vendors. Live music from Payton Howie leading up to one of the biggest fireworks shows in the area at dusk. Tickets can be purchased online for this incredible event.

July 4 - Independence Day Fireworks Display - Lake Hamilton - Hot Springs, AR

If you're going to be boating on Lake Hamilton on the Fourth of July, get ready for one of the most stunning fireworks shows over Lake Hamilton. These shows offer spectacular views of the lake or from the shore. The fireworks will begin at dusk from a barge on the east side of Highway 7 at the first Highway 7 bridge, opposite the Doubletree Inn. Turn your radio to US 97 (97.5) to hear patriotic music synced with the fireworks. In case of rain, the fireworks will be postponed until July 5.

July 4 - Fireworks Over Harbor - Lake Ouachita - Hot Springs, AR

One of our nation's cleanest and most beautiful lakes is throwing an Independence Day celebration like no other on Friday, July 4. The fun starts at 9 AM at the Park in Harbor South at Mountain Harbor Resort with a Four-Wheeler parade featuring Jeeps, horses, golf carts, ATVs, if it rolls on wheels, it's most likely going to be in the parade. Parade fans can expect tons of candy thrown on the parade route, with plenty of photo opportunities.

The evening culminates at 9:30 PM with the lake's largest fireworks show, which lights up the night sky over the lake. Patriotic music will help set the mood to help celebrate America's birthday.

July 4 - Freedom Fest 2025- God and Country - Shreveport-Bossier, LA
