UAHT Adds AI Certificate for Students and Professionals

The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana is giving students and working professionals a new way to build skills in one of today's fastest-growing fields with the launch of a new Certificate of Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The 12-credit-hour program is designed to introduce students to artificial intelligence, data science, and professional communication. No previous AI experience is required.

Learn Practical AI Skills

The certificate focuses on real-world applications of artificial intelligence, including data analysis, automation, decision support, and the responsible use of emerging technologies. Students will gain a foundation in AI concepts while learning skills that can be applied in today's workplace.

Coursework combines communication, data science fundamentals, and applied AI to prepare students for careers in an increasingly technology-driven economy.

UAHT says the program is intended for a wide range of learners, including recent graduates, current college students, working professionals, business leaders, and adults looking to gain new technology skills or transition into growing career fields.
