Vaccination Clinic At Southwest Center Today and Tomorrow

The Texarkana-Bowie Family Health Clinic is having a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the Johnson & Johnson and Maderna vaccines today, Tuesday, April 13 from 2 - 5 PM at the Southwest Center. Moderna vaccines will be available Wednesday, April 14, also from 2 - 5 PM. Appointments recommended but not required to get these vaccinations.

In the State of Texas, you only have to be over the age of 18 to be eligible to receive the vaccination. To make your appointment, call (903) 798-3250 and press 0 during normal business hours.

In Bowie County, Texas DSHS reports a total of 4,684 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases and 0 probable cases with 208 deaths. The Department of State Health Services is reporting (no data) active cases currently in Bowie County and 6798 recoveries.

Cass County has 0 new cases and a total of 1172, plus 0 probable cases, 1846 of those recovered, (no data) active cases, and a COVID death total of 80.
