We live in an area of the United States where there is a lot of wildlife. We see deer, coyotes, raccoons, snakes and more but we found out the most dangerous animal in Arkansas and in Texas and you might be surprised at what we discovered.

After combing through a ton of different websites about the deadliest animals in both states there was a definite pattern in the research. Almost every single study we saw came out with the same results. And for Texas, two animals, in particular, kept showing up. So let's look at the animal that is most likely to kill you in Texas and in Arkansas.

That's right. There have been reports of people seeing these critters joining up and making a huge raft and floating in the water to reach the Texas Gulf Coast. Yikes! And If you are allergic to their sting or you get stung by a mass of them that would be good.

Also in the studies, we saw there is one other deadly animal in Texas...The Deer. In 2022 there were 17 deaths due to cars hitting a deer which will make these animals the most deadly in Texas.

Even though we don't see them very often, Arkansas has around 5,000 black bears living in our forests and mountains. in the 1800s Arkansas was known as the Bear State. Bears don't go looking for us, in fact, they will try their best to avoid us. But in Arkansas, we love to camp and enjoy our rivers and lakes. If you see a bear just try your best to stay out of its way. If they are provoked or you get between a mama bear and her babies, well watch out!
