Texas has a total of 163 counties currently with an active burn ban, in our listening area of East Texas they are:
- Cass

- Greg
- Rusk
In Arkansas there are 6 counties under the burn ban, our listening includes:
- Miller
- Hempstead
- Howard
- Ouachita
Only 2 Parrishes have burn bans in Louisiana at this time:

Only 1 county in Oklahoma so far but it's way over just north of Witchita Falls, Texas.
Please do not burn trash, leaves, campfires or any other type of fire in these locations until these bans have been lifted. If caught burning during a ban you could be subject to heavy fines and even jail time.
