Would You Rather Receive a Fortune or Give it Away? [POLL]

It's always better to give than receive, right? What about fortune?  Vanity Fair took a poll on giving and receiving recently and found that Americans would rather give a fortune away then to keep it. Really?

The survey found that 57% of the people questioned, think that they would feel better to give a fortune away. Thirty nine percent said, it would be better to receive a fortune.

Ok, first of all, I'd need to receive a fortune to see what it feels like and if I would want to keep it or not! Sure, I'd give to charities and to family and friends. But to give it all away?

It's easy to say, but to actually do? Now, that would be tough! Is that bad? :/

The survey also found that 85% of people say 'Time' is more valuable then 'Money'. So they would rather volunteer somewhere that give money.
