This competition is for seasoned CrossFit pros to the ones who are just starting out. Get ready for a great day of challenging events, including:

4 Same-Sex Partner WODs (Workout of the Day) - Scaled and RX (Modified and Prescribed Crossfit workouts)

· 1 Weightlifting Challenge

· 1 Cardio Challenge (Swimming/Running)

It all gets started at 8 AM and will be held at Twin City Crossfit located at 5610 Richmond Road in Texarkana.

Register early for an entry fee of $50 per athlete. On October 23 price will be $75 per athlete. This will be a fun event with intense workouts and cheering on other athletes to do their best and celebrate the fun and spirit of competing.
