Best & Worst Community Colleges - Two Arkansas Colleges Make List

With most schools and colleges back in session, the personal-finance website WalletHub released its report on 2019’s Best & Worst Community Colleges. The findings were based on how community college is nearly three times less expensive than a year at a public four-year college. Happy to say two community colleges in Arkansas made it into the Top Five.

WalletHub also looked at the Best & Worst Community-College Systems with its state-by-state ranking to determine where students can receive the best education at the cheapest rates, WalletHub compared 710 community colleges across 19 key indicators of cost and quality. The data set ranges from the cost of in-state tuition and fees to student-faculty ratio to graduation rate.
