The City of Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department, is geared up for summer events for the whole community to enjoy.

From the Farm to the Table - Texarkana Farmers Market

The official summer season kicks off this month, and the Texarkana Farmers Market is in full swing. If you love locally grown and produced products in the area, every Saturday through August 2, residents can go downtown to 500 N. Stateline Ave., where the market is held, to purchase products. The community can meet vendors and shop for local fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, salsas, honey, plants, and florals, along with other products.
