Another MobilePack Wraps In Texarkana, What a Finish

Another Texarkana Tacos 4 Life  MobilPack has come and gone, and a lot of people volunteered to help hungry children get the vital nutrition they need, great job Texarkana. 

The final numbers for Texarkana Mobile Pack #7 (I think it's #7) are coming up but first, we have to hand out some kudos to all the volunteers who gave their time and talents to make it happen.

344 volunteers donated at least a couple of hours this past Friday and Saturday, March 15 & 16, to do something for others in this world. Some donated a lot more time than that, but thanks one and all no matter how much time they had to give.

I keep saying it and I hope you're listening, the next time you have an opportunity to do this, whether it's just you, a small group of friends or family, a large church or civic group, a scout troop, or whatever, you really should. It feels good to help others, even others who you may never meet or get to know personally.

Tacos 4 Life restaurants host these events all the time. Toney and Sandy Livingston, the owners of the Texarkana T4L franchise and their family and employees are a shining example of service to your fellow man, a family making a difference not only in their community but also in children in over 90 countries through Feed My Starving Children, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
