As a former U.S. Federal Courthouse, the Horace C. Cabe Great Hall and the building that houses it features majestic architecture, grand spaces and beautiful decorative painting. (The artists responsible for the decorative painting also worked on the Perot Theatre.)

The building dates back to 1909 and received $1.6 million in renovations after the Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council leased it in 1985. The Council frequently hosts art exhibitions in the building's three high-security galleries. In addition, Cabe Hall is the site of business meetings, concerts and lectures.

Cabe Hall presently is taking reservations for events throughout 2021. It's open and ready to host weddings, anniversary parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and more. The rental can be tailored to fit your specific needs, and staff will be available throughout your event. In general, the hall can accommodate 100-110 seated guests and up to 150 guests for mixing and mingling.
