Celebrate Kid Entrepreneur Day at the Texarkana Farmers' Market

Does your child or teen think outside the box? Maybe they have a craft or maybe they are artistic or have a great business sense. if they do then they should be a part of the Kid Entrepreneur Day this Saturday at Texarkana Farmers Market.

They are looking for kids of all ages who make, bake, grow or create. This Saturday, July 29 from 7 AM to 11 AM the Texarkana Farmers Market is showcasing young talent in our area.

Reserve your booth today. The deadline for reserving a booth is Friday, July 28. You can rent a booth for $15, but you will need to provide your own tables, displays, and tent. Your kids must have a parent or guardian with them at all times.

You can find the Farmers Market rules here and fill out and then print the Vendor Agreement and be sure to bring it with you.
You will also need to follow all the Texas Cottage Food Laws about preparation, labeling plus what can be sold and what can not be sold.

There is fun for the little ones too starting at 9 AM it's Once Upon a Time: Story Time & Activities. Be sure to make plans to be at the Salsa Contest on Saturday, August 5.
