Texarkana’s Downtown Live Full Of Fun, Arts And Shopping This Friday
If you love art, music and shopping then you don't want to miss Downtown Live in Texarkana this Friday evening.
The fun takes place this Friday, May 10 in downtown Texarkana and includes the Imagine the Possibilities tour. This is a great chance to check out some of the shops too as several shops and galleries will stay open later in the evening.
Catch live music from local musicians. Musicians performing Friday night include Jay Kirgis, Railhead Ned, Special Reserve, Luke Guthrie and Gunpowder Creek. There will be artists too like Darlene Taylor and Kadi Burns.
Enjoy Carriage rides and visit some of the shops that will be open including Crystal Moon with musician Nicci McCarty performing. Also open will be Prodigy Life, and Harts on Broad with almost everything in the shop at 25% off.
This is a family and pet-friendly event so bring your dog and take a walk in downtown and enjoy the evening.
The Imagine the Possibilities tour gives you the chance to see buildings that are under development, up for sale or lease, and are being restored. Buildings on the tour include:

216 W. 3rd Old Patterson's Camera Shop
100 W. Broad Texarkana National Bank Building

320 W. Broad Old Friends of the Library building
Downtown Live is presented by Main Street Texarkana. This event takes place on the second Friday of every month from 6 PM to 9 PM.
