Take A Christmas Train Ride Aboard The Arkansas & Missouri RR

It has been a long time since this guy has been on a train ride, too long. But guess who just found a train ride in Arkansas where you can meet Santa and do all kinds of Christmas stuff on a train ride for about two hours... this guy.

My grandfather was an Engineer for Southern Pacific back in my youth so trains have always had a special place in my heart. This Christmas-themed train ride is from the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad and there are three locations around the Northeast part of the state where you can ride the Holiday Express/Pajama Train.

The three round-trip Excursions you have to choose from to hear the Conductor shout "All Aboard" are:

• Monet to Butterfield
• Springdale to Johnson
• Van Buren to Rudy

Ticket Prices are subject to location and seating but they start at:

• Adults - $27.50 each
• Children, 2 - 12 years old - $15 each

Ticket prices will also vary by excursion or event.

There are many other events or types of trips you can take on the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad, including some dinner rides and even overnight weekend adventures. For this time of year though, it's pretty hard to beat some quality time with Santa and a relaxing and scenic train ride.
