Irving Woman Killed After Fall From Rock Climbing Wall

Susan Mailloux, a resident of Irving, Texas died on Sunday after falling about 25-30 feet in a local climbing gym.

“On Monday, Grapevine police said Mailloux was an experienced climber and was climbing unsupervised on Sunday. Police said it appeared Mailloux failed to attach to an auto belay system installed at the gym” according to NBCDFW.com.

The police are still investigating this incident.
