Coach Carter Would Be Proud — School Suspends 12 Players For Not Ratting Out Teammates

This is like Coach Carter the sequel. In Utah, while traveling to play in a tournament, two high school basketball players were caught drinking in their hotel rooms and immediately sent to their parents. What happened when the team returned to Salt Lake has some parents upset, while some say the punishment is justified.

After the school found out that 12 other players knew that the two girls had alcohol, they were suspended from the team for two games for not reporting the violation. All of the girls had signed a code of conduct in order to play basketball.
