
Downtown LIVE Returns: Music, Art, and a Progressive Dinner June 12
Downtown Texarkana is back! Mark your calendar and enjoy music, art, food, and shopping at Downtown LIVE on Friday, June 12.
Hosted by Main Street Texarkana, the event will take place from 6 PM to 9 PM in historic downtown Texarkana. It will feature live entertainment, local artists, restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities.
Free Concert and Live Music Planned in Downtown Texarkana
One of the highlights of the evening will be a free concert by the Texarkana Winds orchestra at 105 Olive Street. Everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair and enjoy an evening of live music downtown.

Musician Cullen Camp will also perform throughout the evening in front of Southern Grace Boutique.
Artists and Art Jam Featured Downtown
Downtown LIVE will also showcase several local artists creating works live throughout the evening.
Returning favorite Miranda Layne. You will once again be able to watch her as she creates artwork, and jewelry artist Allie Cunningham will make her Downtown LIVE debut. Cunningham says she found her love for art during a difficult time in her life and turned it into something positive and creative.

Artist Element Rose of Cosmic Crossroads is also organizing another community Art Jam near Good Luxe on Broad Street. The hands-on art event is designed to be a welcoming and creative space for all ages, with supplies available for anyone who wants to join in and create.
Several artists are expected to participate in the Art Jam, including Steven Castillo, also known as “Steven the Artist.”
Taste of Downtown and Late-Night Shopping
June's Downtown LIVE will also feature the event’s first progressive dinner, giving ticket holders the chance to enjoy a “Taste of Downtown” at participating restaurants and businesses.
Several downtown businesses plan to stay open late for the event, including Good Luxe, Southern Grace Boutique, The Eagle, Tee It Up, Verona, Hopkins Icehouse, Banana Club, and more.
