Great Night of Music to Help Atlanta Texas Church Damaged by Recent Storms
Back on April 5 strong storms in our area caused major damage to a church in Atlanta Texas when a large tree fell on the church.
The large oak tree fell onto the roof of Law’s Chapel Methodist Church located at 4065 FM 2328. As the parishioners try to repair their church, they are having a fundraiser to help with expenses.
Saturday, June 3 there will be an evening of Christian Gospel Music at 6 PM featuring The NightHawk Band playing great music with the church's very own pastor Mike Akin on the drums There will be a concession stand with popcorn, nachos, drinks and treats for sale. The money raised will go towards the church's insurance deductible.
This will be an outdoor event on the church grounds so be sure to bring your lawn chairs or blankets and listen to some great music.
