The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana Foundation will present its 16th Annual Beads, Bags, and Bangles Kids’ College fundraiser. If you love the 60s from music to fashion then you do not want to miss this event.

Grab your bell bottoms and your peace signs and get ready for a fun night. This year's theme is “Beatles & Bell Bottoms.”  You'll enjoy great food, drinks, prizes, and great music from the world-class Tin Man Band from Dallas.

It all takes place on Thursday, March 9 at Hempstead Hall the fun will get started at 6 PM and will go until 9 PM.

To find out more about how has the price of gas changed throughout the years, Stacker ran the numbers on the cost of a gallon of gasoline for each of the last 84 years. Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
