Wrapping Up Fan Festival Dallas 2022 – It Was A Hit

Just back from another Fan Festival in Dallas last weekend and as usual, it was a great time had by all. They held it at the Irving Convention Center again which is not really designed for this kind of thing in my humble opinion but the Festival folks lay it out pretty well and make it work. And it does.

I've lost count as to how many of these we have been to over the years, but they're always fun and full of really good cosplayers, geeks, dweebs, dorks, and gamers. If there's any place you can let your hair down and your nerd-flag fly high, it's a Con.

My wife Donna knocked out of the park again with her mash-up cosplay of Maleficent, Daenerys and Monster Hunter.

We got to see Matt Smith again. He seems to be a really nice guy, treats the fans well and seems to be having a great time wherever he goes. What is it with Brits and their hair?

And added Jenna Coleman to the list of autographs this year.
