It's Felony Friday from the Texarkana Texas Police Department and this week TTPD is looking for Vondereck Long, here's the story as recorded on the TTPD Facebook Page:
Have you ever heard the saying, “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”? Well, that might be true, but this week’s Felony Friday case proves that scorn is by no means limited to the ladies out there. Sometimes, men can be quite vindictive too. If it goes too far, then we get involved.
Vondereck Long and his girlfriend broke up a while back, but apparently he wasn’t happy that they were done. He got even madder later when she moved on with her life and now had a new boyfriend. What’s a guy to do in a situation like this? Well, Vondereck decided that the thing to do was to let her know just how much he still loved her – and figured that the more times that he did it, the better it would be. Bad move!!! After she got tired of his never ending phone calls and texts, she decided to completely block him. So, he come up with a plan to get back at her in a very public way. For some reason, he thought it would be a good idea to post several pictures on social media of her involved in, uh… very “private activities”. The victim was mortified when her friends and family started sending her screenshots of his post. He later removed the post, he wasn’t done quite yet. He then started texting the pictures to the victim and her new boyfriend.
If he’s trying to win her back, this is obviously not the way to do it. Actually, it doesn’t sound like he’s got a any chance at this point. Posting pictures like that was a pretty low thing to do, but also a crime. And THAT, earns him the center spot on our Wall of Shame this week.
We have a felony warrant for Vondereck Long now for Publishing Intimate Visual Material.
