Scottie's Grill in Texarkana is celebrating their 5th year anniversary this Friday, August, 16, with a big party and free concert with Cody Canada and The Departed.

Scottie's has been serving up great food and fun for 5 years and Scottie wants to say "Thank You" with a huge concert with Cody Canada and special guests, Giovanni and the Hired Guns.

The newest album from Cody Canada is aptly named 3, which to much success solidifies the three band members that makeup The Departed. This new album crosses the line between hard-egde country, rock, red dirt and grit you've come to expect from Cody Canada.

Not only is Canada the frontman of the band but also lead guitarist and songwriter.

“The idea was to get into the studio and simplify things, remaining as true to a three-piece as possible,” says Canada.

So gather up your friends this Friday night and help Scottie celebrate his 5th year anniversary with a FREE concert with Cody Canada and The Departed.
