Texas Artist Kevin Fowler Back in Texarkana July 26

The place to  be this Friday, July 26, is Scottie's Grill for a concert from Texas native Kevin Fowler.

Fast forward to the present, Fowler has garnered a legion of loyal fans and Twitter followers through social media outlets. His music which has become popular throughout dance halls and barrooms in Texas has now branched out all across the country.

His 9th studio album, Barstool Stories is set to be released on August 23. The album will feature 9 new songs and will also contain two of Fowler's most recent hits, "Beach Please," and "Country Song to Sing." Chris Stapleton helped co-write the song "A Drinkin' Song,' that features Roger Creager and Cody Johnson.

In addition, Fowler co-wrote 6 of the new songs with Trent Wilmon producing the album. The last he produced was Coming to a Honky Tonk Near You in 2016.
