We've all been robocalled. You know, your cell phone rings, the call is from a number you don't know. You think to yourself "What if it's an emergency?" You answer and a recorded voice say "Hi, you can get a free cruise!" That's when you cuss a little and then hang up.

Well, here's some good news. If you received one of these calls you might be owed up to $900. According to the Chavat v. Resort Marketing Group, Inc. website There is a class action suit against Resort Marketing Group Inc.:

The Settlement includes people who received pre-recorded telephone calls between July of 2009 and March of 2014 on their residential or cellular telephone lines initiated by RMG during which RMG offered a free cruise with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or Norwegian cruise lines as a promotion.

Depending on how many people file a claim, you could receive up to $300 per call and possibly up to $900 per phone number depending on how many times you were called.

Oh and to make it easier for you to find out if you could be included in this class action, they have an area on their website to check your phone number. Remember to check you're landline and your cell phone number. My cell number wasn't eligible but guess what? My husband's is on the list!
