Keith Urban is ‘American Idol’ Producers First Choice for Judges’ Seat [POLL]

Now this would be great! Just think, if Keith Urban was named a judge on American Idol!! Keith is the latest country artist to be courted by American Idol executives. Oh, and he would be a great fit! He's got the experience from the Australian version of The Voice. Plus he's talented and very nice eye candy for us girls! :)

Since the producers are wanting the country music genre to be represented, Keith Urban is now their No. 1 choice to fill that spot.

A few weeks ago, Brad Paisley’s name was floating around and Toby Keith said that he was offered a post but had to turn it down. Then we heard that Reba McEntire was offered the job but she said she couldn't do because she wasn't mean enough.

Now, it looks like Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts wants to put his name in the hat!
