Ride The Polar Express in East Texas Boarding Begins Nov. 19
With Thanksgiving Day right around the corner, one of my favorite holiday movies is "The Polar Express," and beginning on Friday, November 19, 2021, the Texas State Railroad in Palestine will bring this classic children's book and holiday movie to life in East Texas.
Over the past few years, this has become a very popular attraction so in order for you to be able to get a ticket onboard "The Polar Express" now is the time to make your reservation. Your magical journey aboard the Polar Express to the North Pole begins at the Texas State Railroad Depot.
Cookies and Coco
Just like the movie, Coco chefs will serve each passenger hot chocolate and cookies while you listen to a reading of "The Polar Express" books are available for purchase so can follow along.
Santa on Board
Your amazing journey will take you to visit Santa Claus at the North Pole where he will hop on board with his jolly ol' elves for a special greeting and gift for each passenger, a real silver sleigh bell.
But you have to BELIEVE in order to hear it ring!
Leaving the North Pole
On the way back to the depot Christmas carols will be sung by the crew and you're encouraged to sing along too.
Class of Coaches
Choose from several classes of coaches that offer a different experience with special gifts and fun. The Sky-High Dome, Presidential, Deluxe, first-class, coach class (See types). Because of its popularity, an additional dome car has been added!
All cars have large viewing windows for seeing the North Pole once you arrive.
