See Breathtaking Fall Foliage on This Train Ride in Arkansas

It's time to check out the changing colors of fall and if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery and the ride then hop aboard a train on the Arkansas-Missouri Railroad.   

Several different train rides will take you through the beautiful Ozark Mountains and beautiful valleys in Arkansas. Not only will you see the beautiful changing colors of fall foliage but you will experience a ride on an old vintage train too.

Have fun exploring the train with all the different vintage train cars. From the dining car to the observation car which has a panoramic view with high windows, you will no doubt see some breathtaking views..

Remember to bring a camera with you for not only the views but the train too. Now is the perfect time through mid-November to plan a weekend trip.

There are a few different train trips that you can take depending on the amount of time you want to take. There is the 70-mile train ride on the Arkansas-Missouri railroad that will take you from Springdale to Winslow or Van Buren to Winslow. You'll see beautiful views on both these train rides as they take you through the Boston Mountains range of the Ozarks.

If you have more time, there is the 134-mile round trip from Springdale to Van Buren where you will have a three-hour stop to visit the town. Then back again to Springdale.
