Special Fall Festival at Movies in The Park This Thursday

Movies in The Park at Spring Lake Park continues this week, but it will be an extra special one. This Thursday, October 17, there will be a Speical Fall Festival before the movie. All the fun will start at 5PM and will continue until 7PM when the movie will start.

There will be a costume contest, hayrides, bounce houses, face painting, games, treats, pumpkin painting.

The featured movie Goosebumps 2 is the story of, according to IMDb:

While collecting junk one day, best friends Sonny and Sam meet Slappy, a mischievous talking dummy from an unpublished "Goosebumps" book by R.L. Stine. Hoping to start his own family, Slappy kidnaps Sonny's mother and brings all of his ghoulish friends back to life -- just in time for Halloween.

This is a free event, so get your lawn chairs and blankets ready. Bring the family and some snacks and you're ready! Movies will start around dusk(approximately 7PM) and snacks and drink will also be available for purchase.
