Shamrockin’ on the Square: St. Patrick’s Day Fun in El Dorado

Shamrockin’ on the Square Returns to historic downtown El Dorado, Arkansas on Saturday, March 15, from 11 AM - 3 PM., presented by Main Street El Dorado.

Shamrockin’ on the Square will feature live music, a pet parade, an ICS chili cook-off, food vendors, festive family-friendly games plus a variety of beer and wine. I'm sure there will also be some green beer flowing at this Shamrockin' party that any lucky leprechaun could appreciate.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day With The Following Festivities

• The Kyle Thompson Band - 11:15 AM
• Second Annual Patty Paw Parade - 12:30 PM (Dress Your Pets)
• ICS Chili Cook-Off - 1 PM - 3 PM (register here)
• Food Truck - Ragin Cajun Louisiana Kitchen serves crawfish plates, shrimp plates, jambalaya, bayou quesadillas, and swamp fries

Games and Activities - Test your luck and strategy in the Green or Gold Challenge ($200 cash prize) The contest starts at 1:15 PM. Other games include Rock, Paper, and Scissors Tournament, where the winner takes home the cash prize and ultimate bragging rights at 2 PM.

All games and activities will be at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Elm Street in downtown El Dorado. Admission to the festival is FREE, with some activities requiring a small fee.
