TASD Staff And Parents Will Receive Safety Training

Are you a concerned parent who has one or more children that goes to school in the Texarkana Arkansas School District?TASD is being proactive in providing a safe and nurturing environment for students, staff and parents.

TASD is encouraging all parents and staff to attend a training session from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. at Kilpatrick Elementary on Monday Oct. 14th.

This session will include information concerning prevention and management of crisis situations, reduction of security risk and liabilities, and improvement of school-community relations around safety and crisis preparedness according to a press release from Texarkana Arkansas School District.
