The weather may be cold right now but things are heating up in Texarkana with a brand-new family-owned restaurant. Blue Ember Smokehouse has officially opened at 606 Walton Drive next door to Ashley Furniture across from Lowe's.

Blue Ember Smokehouse is an Arkansas-based company that specializes in delicious handcrafted BBQ and melt-in-your-mouth tender brisket slowly cooked in their wood-only pits with their signature sauce, spices, and recipes that are created by a two-time world barbecue champion.
