A community outreach event focused on hope, recovery, and support is planned for Saturday, May 30, in Texarkana.

The free event will take place from 3 PM to 6 PM at 915 East Street in
Texarkana, Arkansas and is open to everyone in the community. Organizers say the event is designed to connect people with helpful resources, encouragement, and fellowship in a welcoming environment.

Several local organizations and ministries will be on site offering information about services, including recovery programs for addiction, suicide prevention, counseling, housing assistance, veteran support, youth programs, food resources, and more. This is help for the body, mind and soul.

Free Food, Vendors, and Testimonies

Along with community resources, the event will also feature vendors, live testimonies, and free BBQ chicken dinners while supplies last.

A lineup of speakers will share personal stories of recovery, faith, and encouragement throughout the afternoon.

The goal of this event is to remind people they are not alone and to help connect individuals and families with resources that can make a difference in their lives.
