Texarkana Police Arrest Two and Seek Several More Suspects
The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has arrested two suspects and still looking for a couple of more in connection with several vehicle thefts and attempted burglaries.
According to authorities, on December 18 subjects allegedly stole a vehicle from a used car lot in the city. The suspects then used a rock to jam the gas pedal and ran the stolen truck into Pawn Express, located at 1301 Dudley. The suspects did not gain entry and nothing was stolen. The stolen truck was left at the scene.
The next day police say the same suspects again attempted to gain entry into the pawn shop, using a vehicle stolen from the Texas side of town. In this attempt, the suspects attempted to ram the damaged storefront by backing the 1-ton pickup into the store. They were unsuccessful in gaining entry and abandoned the vehicle nearby.
Additionally, two used car lots reported that several vehicles had been vandalized. Several door locks and ignitions had been tampered with in an apparent attempt to steal the vehicles.
The Police Department began to investigate these crimes and issued a total of 24 warrants in connection with these crimes. The suspects were identified as Keanu White, Jucquian Tyson, Phillip Lee and Davarski Bradley. To date, Lee and Bradley have been arrested. The Texarkana Police Department is still searching for Tyson and White. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of these subjects is urged to call 911, or contact Crime Stoppers at (903) 793-7867.
