Texarkana, Texas Farmer’s Market Extends Season Due To Great Weather

You gotta admit, the weather has been pretty great the last few days, and even though the humidity has been high when it has been hot, so far this summer it just hasn't been too bad. Well, the Texarkana, Texas Farmers’ Market is extending its season because we've had such great weather. The season will now go until the second weekend in August.

The Farmers Market on the Texas-Side is open every Saturday,  now through August 13, from 7 AM until noon. Plus they have a weekly market theme that includes Night Markets, Healthy Living Series and the annual Best Salsa in the Ark-La-Tex.

You can see some of the great vendors including some new ones as well.

The Texarkana, Texas Farmers' Market is an open-air market located at 305 Texas Blvd in historic downtown Texarkana that provides an avenue for local vendors to sell their products while promoting healthy, locally grown food.
