The fall 2017 Eagle Open House for prospective students is set for  this Saturday, Nov. 4, at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.

Registration is from 10:30-11 a.m. on the first floor of the University Center.

Following is the schedule of events:

11-11:15 a.m. – Welcome - Eagle Hall, University Center

11:20 a.m. -12 p.m. – Breakout Session I

12-12:50 p.m. – Lunch and Exhibit Hall

12:50-1:15 p.m. – Student Life and Housing, Eagle Hall, University Center

1:20-2 p.m. – Breakout Session II

2:05-2:30 p.m. – Financial Aid and Scholarships – Eagle Hall, University Center

2:30-2:50 p.m. – Door Prizes/Closing – Eagle Hall, University Center

2:50-3:30 p.m. – FAFSA Workshop/Residence Hall Tour (optional)

Breakout sessions will focus on majors in the College of Arts, Sciences and Education and College of Business, Engineering and Technology. There also will be sessions on transferring to A&M-Texarkana and student success.

The exhibit hall will be open from 10:30-11 a.m. and 12-12:50 p.m. Each participant will have a customized itinerary for the day. There also will be a drawing for a $1,000 scholarship.
