Hey Texas – Have You Been Through The Worlds Longest Carwash?
If you follow me then you already know I'm a big fan of Buc-ee's, whenever I get the chance to stop in for some delicious Bar-B-Que and a big 'ol drink, use a clean restroom and grab a bag of Beaver Nuggets, I usually do. But, there's a bonus when I'm down around Katy, Texas, just West of Houston on Interstate10, the worlds longest drive through car wash.
So, last weekend the family gathered for my granddaughter Sara's second birthday party, which was great, by the way. Which happened to be not far from that fantastic car wash. One evening, I needed a little dinner and to top-off the tank before the trip home the next day, I decided that Buc-ee's, being just a few exits down, could accomplish both with one stop.

Pretty cool deal, by the way, if you purchase the premium wash at the pump, they lower your fuel price around 30 cents a gallon. Can you say...Bargain?
So, while I was there, I thought I would get some footage of the whole thing for you. Don't worry, it's not a 20 minute experience, just about 5 mins is all. The truck really needed it too, it's a pretty juicy bug-guts kinda-Spring in Katy this year.
Plus, a few photos to peruse before the video of some interesting items I found.
