UAHT Beads, Bags, Bangles, and “Boatin’” Kids’ College Fundraiser

Covid cases may be starting to go down a bit in the state of Arkansas but still not down enough to continue with plans for a fundraiser for Kid's College. The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana Foundation made the tough decision to reschedule the 15th Annual Beads, Bags, and Bangles Kids’ College fundraiser due to the number of COVID-19 cases in the area.

It will now take place on Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 6PM to 9PM at The Barn at Willow Oak Acres in Prescott, Arkansas.

An Evening of Live Music, Games and Shopping

This is a fun event with the theme this year being “Boatin’.” There will be live music, theme-related games, and shopping. Oh and be sure to wear your best water-related or boatin’ attire because it's all about setting sail to help kids attend Kids’ College.

A Chance at Great Prizes too!

At the March event, there will be a drawdown for a chance to win dinner for two. Drawdown tickets are $50 each, and only 100 are available.

Other great items up for a chance to win will include: a pair of John Hardy black sapphire/black spinal square drop earrings and a John Hardy hammered silver/black spinel drop pendant necklace.

Proceeds go towards scholarships and supplies for the 2022 Kids’ College and Camp Save-A-Life programs.
