Video Tour of Texarkana’s Grim Hotel

If you have been in the Texarkana area for any length of time then surely you have heard of the Grim Hotel downtown, but have you seen it from the inside?

Whilst searching video archives of historical place here in the Ark-La-Tex, we stumbled upon this fantastic video walkthrough of the Grim, it's a very detailed video.

Seriously, you will learn about design features and details, history and more of this famous Texarkana landmark.

The Grim Hotel was built in 1925 is scheduled to get a major facelift. The first floor of the 8 story hotel will be developed as a commercial space and the remaining 7 floors will be renovated into lofts and apartments. Certain areas of the hotel have been identified as significantly historical and will be preserved.

Construction is set to begin in Spring of this year.
