Boil Water Notice Lifted For Hooks Area Over The Weekend
Good news if you live in the Hooks, Texas area, the Boil Water Notice has been rescinded as of Saturday, March 9.
According to the Press Release:
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the City of Hooks public water system, PWS ID 0190002, and Burns Red Bank Water Supply to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
