Texas country artist Kevin Fowler is coming back to Texarkana to perform at Scottie's Grill this Friday, August, 19, 2016 at 9PM.

Kevin Fowler pokes fun at the music industry with the song "Sellout Crowd," a song that spoofs the pop, hip-hop infusion of today's country sound. Even in the video, he is seen wearing skinny jeans, wearing a snapback and dressed more like a rap star instead of wearing his usual starched jeans and trademark cowboy hat. Some fans don't get the joke, believing he sold out to the music industry with this song but Fowler just laughs at that notion.

"The song is just intended to be a joke and show off my sarcastic sense of humor."

The song will be included on his newest album Coming To A Honky Tonk Near You, set to be released this fall.

When Fowler is not on stage performing, he's more than likely fishing or hunting. And when he finds the time he loves restoring old homes.

Here's Kevin performing the 2000th show at Billy Bob's Texas in 2015.
