Texarkana’s Live Music Scene for August 7 – 9

We had it nice there for a few days. Welcome back to August, Texarkana. We are about to jump from the frying pan back into the fire, as school is back, or almost back, in session, summer vacations are mostly over, and football season is almost here.

We have a busy weekend with Downtown Live in Texarkana, Pioneer Days in New Boston, and the Hope Watermelon Festival in Hope, Arkansas. What a weekend for live music! This is Texarkana's Live Music Scene. 

• Downtown Live: Texarkana's second Friday each month is a lot of fun with stores staying open late, live music, and more downtown.
• Pioneer Days Rodeo: Saturday night after the rodeo, you'll be dancing with Phillip Osborn & Living Proof.
• Hope Watermelon Festival: Saturday night's concert at Melonpalooza 2025 features The Lead Singers of Classic Rock in one big show - Jason Scheff from Chicago and Tommy DeCarlo from Boston.
